How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your KAY-C Automotive account and associated data, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@kaycautomotive.ca
- Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
- Provide your registered email address in the message body
- We will process your request within 30 days
What Gets Deleted
When we process your account deletion request, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Your account credentials
- Personal information (name, email, phone)
- Vehicle information
- Service history
- Photos uploaded
What We Retain
For legal and business purposes, we retain certain records after your account deletion:
Transaction Records
Retained for 7 years for accounting and tax purposes as required by law.
Completed Service Records
Retained for 2 years for warranty and liability protection purposes.
